Modern Comfort Stay: Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policies below, which are designed to be fair for both guests and property owners.

1. 24-Hour Free Cancellation Grace Period

  • For Short-Term Stays (up to 27 nights): You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided your check-in date is at least 7 days away.
  • For Long-Term Stays (28 nights or more): You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking, provided your check-in date is at least 28 days away.

2. Short-Term Stay Cancellation (27 Nights or Fewer)

Once the 24-hour grace period has passed (or if your booking did not qualify for it):

  • 14 Days or More Before Check-in: You will receive a full refund.
  • Between 7 and 13 Days Before Check-in: You will receive a 50% refund.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in: No refund will be issued.

3. Long-Term Stay Cancellation (28 Nights or Longer)

Once the 24-hour grace period has passed (or if your booking did not qualify for it):

  • Cancelling 30 Days or More Before Check-in: You will receive a refund for all payments made, except for the non-refundable cost of the first month’s stay.
  • Cancelling Less Than 30 Days Before Check-in: The first month of your reservation is completely non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any portion of the first month’s stay.
  • Shortening Your Stay (After Check-in): If you decide to check out early, you are responsible for paying for an additional 30 days from your official cancellation date. If fewer than 30 days remain on your original booking, you will be responsible for paying until your original check-out date.

4. Long-Term Stay Billing Structure (For Your Information)

To help you understand how long-term cancellations affect your payments:

  • Initial Payment: At the time of booking, only the first 30 days of your stay are charged.
  • Monthly Installments: The remaining balance for subsequent months will be automatically collected in monthly increments until your trip concludes.

Please Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind, especially for longer stays.
